mint and feta

I bought some Halal at an unexpected food truck in the Walmart parking lot tonight. It had a side salad with their "special salad dressing". It had mint in the dressing and feta in the salad. It reminded me of our neighbors for part if the time we lived at 1771 Laurelhurst dr in SLC. (1985 to 1991) They were from Kuwait. Tarek was their son about Brendan's age. His wife came over when I was working on the lawn one day and brought lunch to share. Pita filled w feta, a few mint leaves and sliced tomato. Delicious
